TMO Specialist

About the role

The TMO Specialist performs limited technical supply management tasks, including inventory, storage, and cataloging of decentralized and decontrolled items. The role supports material coordination for special programs and works within established supply regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify received materials against documentation, note discrepancies, and report damages.
• Route, store, stack, and palletize materials according to prescribed storage plans.
• Conduct inventory counts, rearrange stored items, and report deterioration or damage.
• Operate hand or power trucks and perform miscellaneous quality‑assurance inspections.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (desirable).
• Three years of material/supply experience in military or commercial settings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and a Public Trust U.S. Government clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – preferred.
• Knowledge of supply systems, policies, and nomenclature.
• Analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and recommend actions.
