Strategic Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Regional Strategic Engagement Specialist supports the Commander in a forward overseas region, handling administrative and programmatic functions across a large Air Force and Navy installation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute visits by Congressional Representatives, senior civilian and military leaders, and foreign officials.
• Provide direct support to a Flag Officer with frequent interactions with senior U.S. and foreign military and civilian representatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Distinguished Visitor (DV) visit coordination and protocol duties.
• Experience preparing DV visit schedules and setting up VTC systems.
• Secret security clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with VTC (video teleconference) systems.
