Join CXG as a Luxury Brand Evaluator and help premium fashion, beauty, jewelry and automotive brands improve their customer experience. You will discreetly assess in‑store and online interactions, providing feedback that shapes the future of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Choose assignments that match your interests and profile.
• Visit luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchases, observing ambiance, service quality and overall experience.
• Complete concise questionnaires on CXG’s platform to deliver honest, detailed feedback.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and a current customer of premium or luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Organised, punctual, detail‑oriented and passionate about customer experience.
