Customer Service Representative – Outbound Sales

About the role

Join DOCOMO PACIFIC’s outbound call center as a Customer Service Representative. You will connect with customers by phone, email, and in person to promote the company’s telecom products and ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote DOCOMO PACIFIC’s products and services.
• Engage customers professionally to identify needs and provide customized solutions, driving sales and retention.
• Maintain accurate sales logs, call records, and reports in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Perform territory audits to detect unauthorized service usage and report discrepancies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of telesales, retail, or call‑center experience in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using web‑based systems and CRM tools.
